Astrophotography Processing Packages

Processing astrophotography images comes with a very steep learning curve, especially for those not used to software such as deep sky stacker, photoshop and the various plug-ins and techniques that can be utilised when producing a final image. It takes hours learning how to take photos of nebulae and galaxies but this is only half the battle, as now you need to 'stretch' that data to produce an image that shows off your hard work.

Below are the packages I offer to help beginners with their astrophotography images. Watching or reading how other people edit their photos is a great way to learn, but this can also be frustrating knowing which processes and techniques are best to start out with and also which to apply to your own images.

Both packages can include images with a foreground for example a milky way shot with a foreground, or deep space images such as a nebula or galaxy.

Orion

the great orion nebula and running man nebula

The Orion Package will allow you to send me either your stacked .TIF files, or even just the images you have taken so far. I will then process these using my own workflow and return the final processed image to you.

This is a great way for a beginner to see how well they are capturing their images, what aspects they need to improve on and also allows them to compare with their own processed images.

Andromeda

the andromeda galaxy

The Andromeda package is a great way for a beginner to start to learn astrophotography processing. After sending across your images, I will process them whilst recording and explaining each step taken.

With this package you receive:

- Final Image(s)

- Video recording of the steps taken and instructions

- The original file including all the edits I have made so you can use this as a reference

- PDF with instructions, tips and other useful advice

Price: £29.99
